Dr. David Ogbueli
Dr. David Ogbueli is the founder of the New Covenant Family Ministries and the Senior Pastor of Dominion City, International. He is also the President of the Dominion Leadership Institute, and a Senior Facilitator in the Institute of National Transformation.
Dr. David Ogbueli is a minister of the Gospel, and an icon of transformational leadership. His passion for Personal Transformation and National Transformation has produced various initiatives and ministries causing a stir among youth, governments, corporate institutions, the media and other stakeholders both in Africa and globally.
He is a Management and Government Consultant who speaks nationally and internationally in organizations, government houses, embassies and churches. He is a widely read author and a social reformer. Dr David Ogbueli is married to Pastor Sarah Ogbueli and they have four children.

Pastor Leonard Uzoigwe – A Life Devoted to God and Service
Pastor Leonard is a passionate and Spirit-filled servant of God whose life exemplifies dedication, faith, and generosity. With a heart for ministry and a vision for impact, he has planted several churches across Africa under the Dominion City network, with a special focus on missionary work in Germany, Liberia and Pakistan. Known for his enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to the things of God, Pastor leonard inspires those around him through his teaching, guidance, and personal example.
Affectionately known as Pastor Leo by his congregants, he is a minister of the Gospel, and an icon of transformational leadership, a true listener, a kind-hearted leader, and a man who honors his word, consistently living according to biblical principles.
Beyond his pastoral calling, Pastor leo values education and personal growth. He earned a Master’s degree from a prestigious university in Germany, further equipping him to serve with wisdom and insight.
Pastor Leo is happily married to Pastor Shirley, and together they are blessed with three children. His family shares in his ministry, embodying the love, faith, and service that he models daily.
A true son in the faith, Pastor leo continues to impact lives, transform communities, and lead by example, always pointing others toward the hope and power found in Christ.
